1| The bicycles owned by Quinta dos Perfumes are intended for the free and temporary use of our guests;

2| To use the bicycles, guests must go to the reception;

3| The user is responsible for the bicycle during the period of time that passes between its collection and its delivery at the Hotel;

4| The user must use the bicycle correctly, according to the present regulation and the rules of the Highway Code for cycling, and return it in the same state of conservation in which he/she picked it up;

5| The user is responsible, at all times, for complying with legal obligations determined by any competent authority, administrative or police, including the need to wear a crash helmet, reflective waistcoat or other equipment of the same nature;

6| The user is solely responsible for any accidents or damages caused or suffered, to the rider, the bicycle or to third parties, which occur during the period of use of the bicycle;

7| When picking up the bicycle, the user must check if it is in good conditions and if there is any defect, the user must report it immediately;

8| Upon delivery of the bicycle the user must report any faults that may have occurred during its use;

9| The user undertakes, during the time of use, to park the bicycle in appropriate and safe places, always respecting the rules of the Highway Code and using the existing public roads and cycle paths; 

10| In case of loss or theft, the user must communicate Quinta dos Perfumes as soon as possible;

11| It is forbidden to use the bicycle for profit, commercial or other professional purposes;

12| The user is expressly forbidden to lend, rent, sell or cede the assigned bicycle to a third party;

13| It is forbidden to dismantle and/or partially or totally change the bicycle;

14| Small emergency repairs are allowed on the bicycle by the user so that it can continue to circulate, however, these should be reported to Quinta dos Perfumes.

1| Quinta dos Perfumes bicycles are for the free and temporary use of our guests;

3| The guest is responsible for the bicycle during the period between pick up and delivery to the Hotel;

4| The guest must use the bicycle correctly, in accordance with the rules contained in this regulation and the rules of the Road Code for cycling, and return the bicycle in the same state of repair as it was;

5| The guest is responsible, at all times, for the fulfilment of legal obligations determined by any competent authority, administrative or police, including the need to wear protective helmet, reflective vest or other similar equipment;

6| The guest is solely responsible for any accidents or damage caused or suffered to the driver, the bicycle or third parties that occur during the period of use of the bicycle;

7| When picking up the bicycle, the guest must check if the bike assigned is in good condition and in case of any defect should report it immediately;

8| Upon delivery of the bike the guest must report any damage that occurred during its use;

9| The guest undertakes, during the time of use, to park the bicycle in appropriate and safe places, always respecting the rules of the Road Code and using existing public roads and bike paths;

10| In case of loss or theft, the guest should inform Quinta dos Perfumes as soon as possible;

11| It is prohibited to use the bicycle for profit, commercial or other professional use;

12| It is expressly forbidden to the guest to lend, rent, sell or assign to third parties the bicycle assigned;

13| Disassembly and/or partial or total alteration of the bicycle is prohibited;

14| Small emergency repairs to the bike are permitted by the guest so that it can continue to circulate, however they must be reported to Quinta dos Perfumes.
