We would like to inform you that reception is open from 8.30 am to midnight.

The daily rates are counted from noon, if the room is not available until check-out time a new daily rate will be charged. If you need to anticipate or postpone your check-out, please inform the reception.

We can store your luggage in our deposit, free of charge, if you wish.

Breakfast will be served between 8.30am and 10.30am in the dining hall.

All our rooms are non-smoking.

Pool dressing gowns and towels are for exclusive use in the hotel. It is not permitted to take them outside.

Any damage or loss of equipment in the rooms and common areas will be charged.

The swimming pool is not guarded and, for safety and general convenience, the pool is closed to guests at night.

For health reasons, you should not pick oranges from trees without first checking with the reception office about the safety interval of the phytosanitary treatments carried out.

Please be informed that we are not responsible for the loss of any valuables left in the room. For that purpose there is a safe whose coding procedure is located next to it.

Quinta dos Perfumes Agrotourism is an Eco hotel and therefore intends, through various measures, to reduce the use of natural resources and promote the protection of the environment. In this sense it was created an Environmental Policy that aims to achieve several objectives and goals regarding the preservation of natural resources.

With your help we will achieve our goals!

During your stay, defend the environment by helping us with the following steps: 

• Don't waste water;
• Place towels in towel racks if you do not wish them to be changed;
• Sheets and towels will be changed every 3 days unless otherwise requested by the guest;
• Inform reception of any problems in the bathroom as well as leaky taps;
• When you are not using the TV or air conditioning, please turn them off;
• Avoid problems in the sewerage system by not putting paper in the toilets;
• Use our free bicycles to explore the surrounding area;
• Enjoy our walking paths, but do not leave litter on the ground. Please look for the nearest bin;
• Help preserve tranquility and our green spaces.

We wish to inform you that the reception operates between 8h30 AM to 20h00 PM.

If the room does not become available until check out time, a new night will be charged. If you need to advance or postpone your check out, please inform the reception.

If you wish, we can store your luggage at the warehouse, free of charge.

• Make use of our walking routes and help us keep them clean by not leaving garbage on the ground. Please look for the nearest garbage bin;
• Please help us preserving the peace and quiet and the surrounding green spaces.
